This is Tain Rose Garden which is on the High Street in Tain. The Rose Garden was first opened in 1966 by the late Queen Mum, to commemorate Tain being a Royal Burgh for 900 years. At that time it had 900 rose bushes planted in it, 1 for every year that Tain was a Royal Burgh.
