The new Queen Elizabeth ship was christened by Godmother the Queen of England HM Queen Elizabeth II on a very special ceremony held in Southampton on October 11th 2010. On its first voyage the Queen Elizabeth ship sailed to the Canaries Leaving out of Southampton in the UK on October 12th 2010. She has visited the port of Invergordon on a couple of occasions now and visiting passengers and crew are always made very welcome by the townsfolk, for more information on her you could visit the link below:
